Centrally manage concluded printed contracts

Printed contracts that were concluded in the past can be imported into CloudSign.

By importing documents, functions such as searching for documents or managing alerts for renewal deadlines can be performed centrally in CloudSign, in the same way as documents concluded using CloudSign.

Import method

The following two methods can be used to import documents.

• Document import function: Upload documents that you have converted to PDF files yourself

• CloudSign SCAN: Request printed documents to be scanned for you

Import document management function

The following functions can be used when importing documents.

These are only available to document administrators.

• Search and view documents

• Batch editing document information

• Set and receive administrator alerts

• Download PDF files

• Delete function

This service is available if you sign up for “CloudSign SCAN”.

This service covers all related steps, from scanning contracts to importing documents containing CloudSign document information on behalf of you.
