Does CloudSign comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)?

CloudSign handles information in accordance with the GDPR.
Information that can be used to identify an individual will physically be deleted under the condition that there is a request to erase data from both thea company requesting GDPR compliance and the other party of the agreement (from each party if there are multiple parties).
There is no provision for erasing data partially (such as erasing only certain documents). Instead, data is erased on a per-account basis.
Request data erasure
Check whether or not data is applicable, and then request erasure using the following form.
Applicable data: meets the following conditions

Subscribed to the Paid plan

Customer is located outside the EEA, and the other party of the agreement is located inside the EEA
EEA = European Economic Area: EU member states + Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein
